In order to implement the approach aimed at the level of internationalization and to address the objective of increasing Total VN, the PTCPORT – PLASTIC & TOOLING CONCEPT plans to develop actions framed in the following types of operation:

  • Knowledge of external markets: participation in several international fairs in order to create contacts with potential customers.
  • Prospecting and presence in international markets: realization of prospecting trips to target markets
  • International Marketing: Development of promotion actions, such as promotional videos, creating a consistent corporate identity, market research.
  • Introduction of a new method of organization in commercial practices or external relations: hiring of two highly qualified technical staff, one for the commercial area and one for the quality area, to support the exports.

With this project, the entity envisages moving from an international VN of 0% in the year pre-project to 85% in the year post project, through a strategy of market extension aiming at penetration in 6 markets (Mexico, Spain, France, Germany, Czech Republic and kingdom United).
